A good flower plan starts with the person receiving it. Your subscription can include a separate recipient profile for each loved one, so the florist can refer to their favorite colors, flowers, arrangement style, and anything they would rather leave out.
One person may love cheerful sunflowers and garden colors. Another may prefer soft roses and a quiet palette. Share the little details that help us choose well—and let us know when tastes or delivery instructions change.
Plan birthdays, wedding anniversaries, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Christmas, or your own “just because” dates. Set a planning lead time so the florist can prepare before the occasion arrives.

Easter: A spring tribute in soft pastels, white, or a loved one’s favorite colors.
Christmas: Winter flowers or greenery for a season filled with memories.
Optional: All Saints’ Day (November 1) or All Souls’ Day (November 2), according to your family’s tradition.
American holidays & family traditions
Memorial Day: A remembrance tribute, especially meaningful when honoring someone who died in military service.
Mother’s Day & Father’s Day: Flowers chosen especially for the parent you miss.
Thanksgiving: Autumn colors and a quiet expression of gratitude.
Independence Day (July 4) and Veterans Day (November 11) may be added for families who want patriotic tributes. A church or family Decoration Day can also be included.

Nearby occasions can share one placement if you prefer. Easter moves each year, so we confirm an annual calendar rather than reuse last year’s dates.

Let’s Put Your Dates on the Calendar
For every recipient: Share their name, delivery location, occasion dates, favorite flowers and colors, preferred style, dislikes or flowers to avoid, budget, and delivery instructions. Choose how far ahead each occasion should be prepared. Profiles can be updated as preferences change.
For gravesite replacements: Also provide the name on the marker, cemetery name and address, section/row/lot, and a marker photograph if available. We confirm flower, container, placement, and removal requirements before finalizing the plan. Previous flowers are removed only with permission and where allowed; tell us about any keepsakes to retain.
Plan ahead with confidence: We confirm each schedule and delivery window, subject to access, weather, and flower availability. Close holidays may share one arrangement by agreement. Contact us to update preferences, dates, or the next order. Payment, substitutions, schedule changes, and renewal arrangements are agreed in writing.
Gravesite service covers flower placement and replacement; cleaning, repairs, and landscaping are not included. Photo confirmation can be requested. Subscription requests are handled personally by the florist; online automatic billing and automatic customer reminders are not currently offered.
